CMPM provided project and cost management services for the upgrade of the Sharjah Airport Hotel ‘The Hotel’, managed by Alpha Flight Services, and located inside the Sharjah International Airport.

The Hotel features a state-of-the-art design and can comfortably accommodate 200+ passenger transit guests.

The project was of a highly complex nature, as the works had to be undertaken within a fully operational airport, with access constraints for security purposes.
