The vision for the project was to create a grounded, natural look that underscored the restaurant’s open cooking fires and fresh beachside breezes. Beyond delectable dishes, OSH Del Mar needed to deliver a dining experience that bridged ethnic charm with undiluted opulence.

The final result is a refined cultural hub that greets guests with an open-concept kitchen and a warm yet minimalist dining room where sandy colors, an abundance of wood accents, and hand-crafted free-form lights foster a tone that’s relaxed yet upscale.
