CM Project Management provided project and cost management services for the design coordination, contractor procurement, and final fit-out of the new F.R.N.D.S. Grand Café at The Address Fountain Views, Downtown Dubai.

Our scope included the design, approval and construction of a new enclosed air-conditioned terrace, increasing the venue’s gross floor area to accommodate additional covers.

A vibrant, art deco interior was created to be the new go-to premium fine dining venue in Downtown and Dubai alike. The dining is inspired by French and Japanese cuisine, with a live fish display, a floating marble table and a five-meter high “bas-relief” carving on the wall, by world-renowned Portuguese artist VHILS, as some of the key interior features, amongst many others.
