CMPM provided project and cost management services for the establishment of Dragos’ new headquarters at Innovation Hub, Dubai Media City.

A consolidated team effort helped deliver the first Dragos office located within the Middle East and influence from Dragos’s core service, Industrial Strength Cybersecurity for Industrial Infrastructure, guided the unique interior design aesthetic.

The project was undertaken within a traditional procurement framework, and the 12-week construction programme was seamless as a result of strong-inter team relationships, with weekly site project meetings ensuring that the Client was continuously kept abreast of development and issues faced on site.
