The concept focuses on creating a welcoming, high-quality environment that balances efficient service with a refined yet relaxed atmosphere.
The project was delivered within a live retail environment, requiring precise coordination, strict programme management, and disciplined cost control. CMPM ensured a seamless execution from pre-construction through to handover, maintaining alignment between design intent, budget, and programme.
